What is collected

When you send an inquiry, this site stores the name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, inquiry type, the message you write, an optional referral source, your consent to be contacted, and — for group or organizational inquiries — the organization or event details you choose to provide.

If you join the mailing list, your email address and consent are stored.

Understanding Your Terrain

If you take the two-week program, your account email and what you write are stored privately; only you can read your writing unless you choose to share it. Access lasts twelve months from purchase. About a month before it ends, you'll get an email reminding you to download a copy. After access ends, your writing stays downloadable for 90 days and is then deleted for good. You can delete it yourself at any time. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach this site.

What is not collected

This site does not ask for and should not be used to send payment-card details, medical records, diagnoses, medication lists or other sensitive health information.

How it is used

Solely to reply to you and, where you have consented, to send occasional emails. Information is never sold. It is stored in a secured database that is not readable by the public.

Analytics

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and a few anonymous steps, such as starting the check-in, choosing a path, sending an inquiry or completing a purchase. Nothing loads until you say yes. Advertising features are turned off. Check-in answers, program writing and the words of your messages are never sent, and private program and client areas are never measured.

To change your choice, clear this site's stored data in your browser and you'll be asked again.

Your choices

You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to hello@embodiedcurrent.com.
