A two-week inquiry

Understanding Your Terrain

A two-week inquiry into your relationship with yourself, with others, and with your daily life.

Where are you, really? What feels supportive? What keeps asking for your attention? And what happens when you make a little room to listen?

Over 14 days, you'll explore your actual life through reflection and small experiences. You'll notice your patterns, preferences, capacity, connections, and the conditions that help you feel more like yourself. Each day offers a question, something to try, and room to notice what happened.

What's included

  • 14 guided days
  • Two weekly gathering points
  • A private reflection space
  • A running place for observations
  • A final terrain reflection you can revisit or download
  • An optional AI-assisted draft that gathers the reflections you choose to include

Who it may suit

  • People curious about how they are living
  • People in transition
  • People wanting to notice patterns and try small choices
  • People comfortable exploring independently

Pace

Plan for roughly 10–15 minutes of reflection, plus a small experience that often fits into your day. Fourteen days describes the sequence. You can take longer.

You choose when to begin. Each new day opens 24 hours after you open the one before it, when you choose to move on. Nothing piles up if you miss a day, and past days stay open.

Support

This version is self-guided. Personal review, messaging, and sessions with Troy are separate unless explicitly included in a future offering.

A preview · Day 1

Where am I, really?

Start with the life you're actually experiencing today.

The question

How does my life feel from the inside right now?

Go further

What feels good? What feels heavy? What's hard to put into words?

Something to try

Spend a few quiet minutes somewhere comfortable. Eyes open or closed, sitting, standing, or gently moving. Notice your surroundings and how you feel. Start with one minute if that's enough.

Later

What did I notice? What helped me stay present? What did I need?

Inside the program, each day has a private space to write — always optional, never sent to anyone.

Begin when you're ready.

Opening soon. Until then, the check-in and Day 1 are yours to explore.
