Work With Me

A small number of ways in, rather than a catalogue of services.

You don't need a fitness goal, a diagnosis, or the right vocabulary to reach out. Most people arrive simply tired of surviving their days from the neck up — and that's plenty. If part of you suspects that even reaching out would become one more thing to get right, that's not an objection; that's the material. Tell me what you're noticing; the work responds to what's actually there.

Self-Led

On Your Own

No session, no schedule, no one in the room but you. The same inquiry, written so you can move through it at your own pace.

If you're the kind of person who meets everything — even rest — with effort, this is the doorway that asks nothing of you. Nothing to prepare, nothing to perform, and no one keeping score.

It's also where a lot of people begin before they're ready to talk to anyone. The check-in takes about three minutes; the two-week program is private writing, fourteen days of questions, optional practices, saved as you go. No one reads what you write unless you choose to share it.

A short check-in that shows you what your system is signaling right now.

Understanding Your Terrain · fourteen days

Private writing that asks what your body is actually signaling and what you're carrying. No one reads it unless you choose to share.

“All it took was a conversation with Troy. I felt understood. He can confront you with a mirror after you've said just two words — and it's done in the most thoughtful, peaceful way.”

Private

Private Sessions

One person, one room, one hour* of undivided attention. You don't need to know which method you need.

People come to me with something specific: a shoulder that never came down, a hip that won't open, or simply the sense that something has been off for a while now. I take that seriously. I start with assessment rather than assumption: how your days have actually been running, what you're noticing, what's already working, what hurts. Out of that comes a plan — the shape of the work and where we begin.

From there a private session responds to what's in front of us. It may look like movement and mobility, breath, recovery, hands-on support within my scope, nervous-system regulation, or a conversation that reframes the whole thing. Usually it's several of those in one hour.

Nothing in the hour is forced loose. A body lets go when the situation stops asking it to hold — so the hour is built to be a different situation: unhurried, and entirely about what's actually happening in you.

Most sessions happen at a private health club in Miami, with breathwork and ice-bath facilities in the building. I also come to your gym, your home, or somewhere neutral, depending on what the session calls for.

One session is a complete session: assessment, real work, and something to carry out of the room. Whether one is all you need, or the first of a longer arc, depends on the person — I'll tell you honestly which I think it is.

Rates reflect the length of our time together and the setting it asks for. When you inquire, I'll reply with the exact investment for what you're working with.

  • Assessment and a plan to begin from
  • Embodiment and movement
  • Mobility and assisted stretching
  • Breathwork and nervous-system regulation
  • Recovery practice
  • Stress and mindset work

*An hour is the usual shape of a private session. Longer and shorter sessions are available — say what you're working with and we'll find the right length.

“His personalized approach, attention to detail and gentle guidance made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout each session.”

Coaching & Ongoing Guidance

Custom programming and guidance between our sessions — written for the life you're actually living.

Troy outdoors on a bike, mid-ride

Ongoing coaching begins with a Discovery Session. An hour, often over coffee, complimentary. An honest look before either of us commits.

Some people don't need another insight. They need structure, practice, and someone paying close attention over time while a different way of living becomes real.

Here's the part people don't expect: the pattern comes with you. A good structure is exactly what a body in survival mode turns into a tally — habits counted, the check-in call feeling like a report to hand in, the week you couldn't keep up filed as evidence. None of that is a failure of discipline. It's the system reaching for what it already knows, and it settles with time and honest feedback, not with more force.

For as long as we work together I write against your movement, your mindset, your habits and — where it's useful — general nutrition guidance. It arrives day by day in a private space of your own: what to do, why it's there, and somewhere to tell me how it landed.

We start with your actual week, not a plan that assumes a different one. Then we change one thing at a time, starting with the one doing the most damage. The aim isn't a better schedule; it's you being recognizably yourself on an ordinary night, not only when everything's gone right.

The work itself is built on four-week cycles. Some people complete one; others commit to three or more in a row. The rhythm follows what you need: what lives in the app, how often we check in remotely, and how often we work in person. More intervention asks for more in-person time; more self-direction asks for less.

Whatever lands in the app is written a day or three ahead of you — shaped by how the work is landing, never a template running on autopilot. In-person sessions are usually on the calendar about a week out.

After the complimentary Discovery Session, I send you a personalized proposal with the full scope and investment. You see all of it before deciding whether to proceed.

  • Complimentary Discovery Session
  • Custom movement programming
  • Mindset and reflection work
  • Daily habits and practices
  • General nutrition guidance*
  • Regular sessions and check-ins
  • Close attention over time

*I'm not a nutritionist or dietitian. Nutrition guidance here is general and educational, and never replaces care from a licensed clinician.

“Training with Troy has been a truly collaborative experience. His approach isn't about a fixed method; it's deeply personal and responsive.”

Groups

Groups, Events & Retreats

Breath, cold, movement and recovery — facilitated for a room of people who arrived as strangers.

Troy facilitating a group session with one hand raised

I facilitate breathwork and ice-bath experiences, movement and recovery sessions, and custom workshops for private groups, communities, retreats and events.

Every group is built to the room: the people, the setting, the time you have, and what you actually want them to leave with.

Breathwork, movement and recovery I facilitate myself. When a session calls for ice baths, I run it in collaboration with Miami Ice Club.

Pricing reflects the scope, group size, setting, duration, travel and preparation involved. If you already have a budget, bring it — it gives us something real to design around.

  • Breathwork facilitation
  • Ice baths, in collaboration with Miami Ice Club
  • Movement, mobility and recovery sessions
  • Retreat collaborations
  • Custom experiences for private groups

Organizations

Organizations & Teams

Stress regulation as a practical capability, not a wellness perk nobody uses.

Troy in conversation with a small group of people

Nearly twenty years inside brand, strategy and leadership taught me how organizations actually behave — and where wellbeing programs quietly fail.

I work with teams on regulation, recovery and experiential sessions that people remember on a Tuesday afternoon three months later.

Pricing reflects the scope, group size, setting, duration, travel and preparation involved. A clear proposal comes before any commitment.

  • Stress-regulation workshops
  • Experiential team sessions
  • Leadership wellbeing
  • Recovery education
  • Speaking and facilitation

Still deciding

Not sure which of these you need?

That's a normal place to start. Describe what you're noticing and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
